All Gas, No Brakes

We don't just train athletes.
We build them.

Why Gas House

Faster. Stronger. Harder to break.

Every sport rewards the same things: an athlete who's explosive, strong, moves well, and holds up over a long season. That's exactly what we build. Not a random workout that leaves them wrecked, a real plan that sends them back to their sport more confident than they left.

01

Speed & Power

The stuff that shows up on the field, first step, top-end speed, change of direction, and putting force into the ground fast. This is our engine, and where our athletes see the biggest jumps in testing.

02

Strength

Real, progressive strength built the right way for a growing athlete. We teach the movements, dial in technique, and add load season over season, stronger without getting hurt.

03

Bulletproof

Movement quality, mobility, and smart load management so your athlete stays healthy through the season. Strong is only useful if they're on the field to use it.

Built for your athlete

One athlete. One plan.

Here's what makes Gas House different: we don't hand every kid the same sheet. A 7th grader learning to move and a senior chasing a roster spot need two different plans, so that's what they get. We build the training around the athlete's sport, position, training age, and goals.

Programmed for their sport

A lineman, a point guard, and a distance runner don't train the same. We program to what their sport and position demand, so the work in here translates to the game out there.

Scaled to their level

We group by ability and training age, not just grade, so no athlete is lost in a workout that's too advanced or bored in one that's too easy.

Tracked and shown

We test, record, and show you the numbers. You and your athlete see the progress in black and white, faster sprint, bigger lifts, better movement.

Coached, not supervised

Our coaches know your athlete's name, their goals, and their sport. They push hard and support harder. High standard, high support, every session.

The plan lives in an app
Their plan, in their pocket
Train anywhere. Track everything.
  • Every workout is delivered on the app, built around their goals and needs
  • Max flexibility, train at the gym, at home, or on the road, the plan goes with them
  • Full data tracking, every set, lift, and test logged so progress is visible to athlete, parent, and coach
  • Updated as they grow, the plan evolves with their sport, season, and level

How it works

From evaluation to on the field

Every Gas House athlete starts the same way, with a plan.

1

Evaluation

We screen how your athlete moves, talk through their sport, position, and goals with you, and set the starting line.

2

The Plan

We build an individualized program around what we learned, scaled to their level and aimed at their sport.

3

Train

Coached sessions where they get faster, stronger, and more resilient, pushed at the right level, every rep coached.

4

Track & Retest

We measure progress and show it. Your athlete sees the numbers move and knows how far they've come.

Straight answers

Questions parents ask

Is it safe for a growing athlete?

Yes. We coach movement and technique first, load appropriately for age and experience, and manage how hard we push so athletes get stronger without breaking down. That's the whole point of a plan per athlete instead of one workout for everyone.

Will it interfere with their sport season?

No, it supports it. We program around the season, building hard in the off-season and managing load in-season so your athlete shows up to games fresh, not fried.

Should athletes train in season?

Yes. Strength and power start to fade within a few weeks of stopping, so shutting training down mid-season is exactly how athletes get slower and more injury-prone late in the year. The research is consistent: regular strength training substantially lowers an athlete's injury risk (meta-analyses put it at roughly a third to two-thirds fewer injuries). We run a lower-volume, load-managed in-season plan that holds onto the strength and speed built in the off-season without adding fatigue before game day.

How are athletes grouped?

By ability and training age, not just grade. Every athlete trains hard at the level that's right for them, and nobody is lost or held back.

What do you track?

Testing numbers, performance metrics, attendance, and progress toward each athlete's goals, and we show it to you so you can see the work paying off.

What sports do you train?

All of them. Speed, power, strength, and durability carry over to every sport. We tailor the emphasis to your athlete's sport and position.
