All Gas, No Brakes

We build better humans.

Gas House was built on a simple belief: most people don't need another room full of equipment. They need a coach who knows their name and a plan that actually goes somewhere.

Our story

Why we built this place

Donnie started coaching athletes in Spokane back in 2013, adults, youth, and pros, and opened Gas House in January 2020. It didn't take long to realize the gym wasn't just about building better athletes. It was about building better humans: happier, healthier, and more connected to each other. That's still the mission today. We train regular people like athletes and we build young athletes for their sport, all under one roof, all held to the same standard.

Why we train like this

We train you like an athlete.

Here's why. For an athlete, being hurt makes everything harder, and being at their best makes everything possible. The same is true for you. You don't have to be an athlete to train here, we just coach you like one. Everything we do is built to minimize your risk and maximize your reward, so you keep working toward your best self and life outside these walls gets easier.

The standard

High standard. High support.

It's the line that runs through everything we do. We hold a high bar because we believe in what you're capable of, and we stay in your corner the whole way there. Push and care, at the same time. That's coaching.

🎯

We coach the person

Not just the workout. We meet you where you're at and build from there.

🗺️

Everyone gets a plan

Deliberate programming that progresses you, adult or athlete. Never random.

🛡️

We coach for years

Not summers. We're building something that lasts, for you and for us.

The Gas House Gang

The people are the point

Ask any member why they stay and they'll tell you the same thing: the Gang. You'll train hard, and you won't do it alone.

"I used to not be able to tie my shoes without discomfort. Now I deadlift with confidence."

Katey · Gas House Gang

"I don't feel the need to work out on vacation anymore because my habits and foundation are solid. I train way less than I used to and my results are so much better."
